By accessing or using Revmazon ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Revmazon is an AI-powered Amazon product intelligence platform that extracts and analyzes product reviews to generate reports including sentiment analysis, competitive positioning, target market insights, and seller checklists.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Revmazon offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Resell or redistribute reports generated by the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is the property of Revmazon. Reports generated for your account are licensed to you for your business use. You may not claim ownership of the underlying AI models or algorithms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or report generated by the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revmazon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
